We will be chillin’ and grillin’ Thursday June 9th at the Club House starting at 6:00pm. You are invited to share your best grilled and smoked recipes with FWV residents. Grill up a plate of your favorite dish to bring, cutting into bit size portions to share with others. It’s all part of a mix and mingle event. BYOB, taste delicious barbecue and enjoy the music of Bill Lyons.
This mix and mingle event is open to all residence. The price of admission is a plate of appetizers to serve 24 residents. (It doesn’t have to be barbecue.) If you would like your dish to be included in the cook book, submit all things that can be cooked on the grill including chicken, turkey, pork, hot wings, salmon and veggies, sauces, marinades and any gilling and smoking tips you would like to share.
Send your recipes to jedaclose@yahoo.com by June 6th. We would like for you to include photos of your cooked specialty or the grill master who is preparing it.
Everyone is invited but space is limited so RSVP early. Surround yourself with good friends, music and great barbeque while getting sauced doing it.
