Hello residents of Fairway Villas!
My name is James (Jay) Berry and I am excited to introduce myself as the new Subdistrict Manager for TCMD SD 1 & 4 (Fairway Villas). I am eager to meet and serve you and this special community. Please feel free to stop by my office at the Clubhouse and introduce yourself. My in person office hours will be Mondays from 9AM–5PM and you can always contact me through the same means FV residents currently use to communicate with your Subdistrict Manager.
A bit about me: I am a father of two daughters and two sons. All of my children are now married adults raising families of their own. I will have six grandchildren and counting before the end of the year! My professional interests include; Business Management and consulting, Sports Medicine, and Wealth Management.
