SHOWCASE OF FAIRWAY VILLAS RESIDENTS VISUAL ARTS TALENTS


The first annual Fairway Villas Art Show will be held on

Noon to 3:00 PM
Fairway Villas Clubhouse

All Fairway Villas residents and their guests are welcome!

WOW!!! Fairway Villas residents have TALENT! Many residents have already signed up to exhibit and there is still room for more.


All Fairway Villas residents who have creative talents to showcase are now welcome to sign up to exhibit their art. There are many residents who have expressed an interest in exhibiting some of their treasures and from now through August 5, 2022, you are invited to sign up for a spot, space permitting.


The sign-up form with information that we would like provided as well as the Art Show procedures and responsibilities can be found below and in the July 7 Fairway Villas Art show article. Both of these documents are also available in the Clubhouse and The Lodge. Please return the completed form to a committee member listed below or to the Clubhouse office.


This is an exciting opportunity to showcase the talents of our Fairway Villas community and to admire the beautiful art and workmanship being displayed.

Please describe your donation (A raffle donation is not a requirement.)


ART SHOW PROCEDURES

  • Open to all Fairway Villas residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Family and friends are not eligible to present.

  • All artwork must be hand-made.

  • Maximum of 2 tables per household.

  • Set-up can be done on Friday, August 26 from 6:00-8:00 PM or on Saturday, August 27 from 9:00-11:00 AM. Artists may leave your display overnight; Fairway Villas assumes no responsibility for items. (No children during set up times nor assisting during the Art Show.)

  • If you donate an item, that item is considered to be the property of the Fairway Villas Art Show.

  • The Raffle will be held at 3:00 PM at the conclusion of the Art Show. You do not need to be present to win.


ARTIST’S RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with table set up, tear down and clean up of the Clubhouse

  • Assume responsibility for any damage caused by you or your display to the Fairway Villas Clubhouse.
