If any FV resident ever has any ideas on ways we can improve our community facilities or suggestions for future capital projects, please remember to contact your Subdistrict Manager or a member of the Clubhouse staff before making any modifications to our shared community facilities. We are eager to hear your ideas and experiences that can enrich the community for all residents and will work with you to implement your ideas by all possible means. Even if it’s a larger project request or something that will have to wait for further approval or funding, we are here to listen, work to find creative solutions, and maintain a running database of all requests in order to keep track of everyone’s great ideas.
It is important to remember however, that any request for capital projects or modification to any community facility must first be discussed with and approved by Subdistrict Management. No modifications can be made to any community facility without prior approval. All project requests must be put into consideration and properly budgeted for before any installation may take place. If there are ever any questions, concerns, or project requests, your Subdisctrict Manager and Clubhouse staff remain available to meet with any and all residents to discuss these matters. As many of you may already know, we recently created a new Fairway Villas Work Order Request & Comment Form for all residents to use! This form can be used for any matter that relates to the Clubhouse and Lodge facilities as well as anything that relates to what is covered by monthly Bungalow’s fees, such as lawn care and snow removal. This new YMCA resident work order/comment form is solely for the scope of work for which the Y is contracted. Residents will still follow the traditional Westwind Work Order form for everything you would have before, including covenants and approvals.
