Moving

While we are always sad to see a member of our Fairway Villas family leave our community, we understand that moving can sometimes be a necessity.

If you are planning on selling your home in Fairway Villas, please be sure to let the Clubhouse staff know you are moving and which real estate agent we can contact. You may email us at info@theclubatfv.com or come on down to the office to tell us in person.

This information is important for 2 reasons:

​

1. Key Fobs must be returned to Clubhouse staff for reuse for future residents, to keep proper track of whom which key fob belongs to, and in order to ensure that incorrectly assigned Fairway Villas key fobs are not in circulation.
    

2. Realtors and Real Estate agents who sell homes in Fairway Villas are sometimes misinformed or unaware of important community rules and regulations. We want to be sure that those selling homes and those buying homes in our community are properly informed and updated in regards to community amenities and facility rules.
