These one-hour training sessions will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00AM-11:00AM at The Lodge. In these classes you will work on cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance. Class size is limited to 6 people. Please only sign up for one spot per week to maximize the number of residents able to participate.
