About
· Venders are to sign up via the website for your preference of 1, 2, or 3 tables. Our goal is to accommodate as many residents who would like a table as possible. After the sign-up period closes on Sept. 1st, we will let you know how many tables you will have.
· Each household is allowed one signup of up to 3 tables. Residents may, on a case-by-case basis, sell a *close* family member’s goods; however, the resident MUST always be with the table and family member. Venders may have a helper with them, but please be considerate to your neighbor venders with the number of people you have behind your table at any given time.
· Venders will meet Gina Friday, Nov. 1st at the clubhouse at 3pm to pick tables. Like years past, tables will already be set up in the best configuration to accommodate as many tables/venders as possible. Venders will be called at random one at a time and will pick their table(s) by writing their name on the signage at the table(s) provided. For the safety and convenience of all venders and customers, tables will stay where they are placed, until all tables have been chosen. Any table moves must be approved by Gina.
· After all tables are chosen, venders may choose to either set up their table Friday evening or come as early as 5am Saturday morning to set up. Personal tables may be used in place of the table given to you but must be changed out after all venders have their assigned space, and must not take up more space than the original table placed.
· All guests, including family members helping, and members of the public will be required to sign a liability waiver before entering the building.
You may rent 1 to 3 tables for $10 each. Rental proceeds are donated to Savehouse - Denver.
Payment may be dropped off at The Clubhouse.
Craft Show Requirements:
- Maximum of 3 spaces per Fairway Villas resident and cost is $10 per space. Your exact number of tables will not be assigned until the signup period has closed - Sept. 1st, 2024.
- The number of tables assigned will be communicated with you by Gina and payment will be due by Sept. 20th, 2024.
- Drawing to pick areas for your tables is at 3:00 sharp at the Clubhouse. If you can’t be there, please let Gina know.
- All items must be handmade — no commercial products will be allowed.
- Set up can be done on Friday, November 1st, 2024 starting at 3:00 pm (after tables are chosen) or Saturday, November 2nd, 2024 from 5:00am – 9:00 am. Crafters that set up on Friday may leave their items overnight; however, Fairway Villas assumes no responsibility for items.
- No children allowed during set up times or assisting with the sales of crafts on the day of the show.
Crafters Responsibilities:
- Assist with making or changing signs and setting them up around community, a list of needed areas will be available (A separate meeting day and time will be sent).
- Assist with table setup, tear down, and cleanup of the facility.
- Assumes responsibility for any damage to Fairway Villas Clubhouse.
- Assist with removal of all Craft Show signs within 24 hours after the event.
- Assist with removal of flyers posted in places of business within 24 hours after the event.
- Crafters are responsible for reporting sales tax for their crafts per Colorado Sales Tax Laws. Application for Single Events (DR 0589). https://tax.colorado.gov/sites/tax/files/documents/DR0589_07-2022.pdf
Important Dates:
Aug 9th– Sept. 1st | Sign-up as a vender at our craft fair.
Aug. 22nd– 10am-12pm | Clubhouse | Repaint, update promotional signage to correct dates.
Sept. 3rd– Sept 20th | Table(s) must be paid for no later than Sept. 20th– all proceeds will go directly to Safehouse Denver. Cash or check made out to Safehouse Denver, or Kenya Nolte.
Aug. 24th– 11am | Clubhouse | Grandkids Club Meeting | Get involved with the silent auction, bake sale, jam making, Toys 4 Tots, etc.
Oct. 2nd– 6pm | Clubhouse | Vender Meeting – Please contact Gina if you are not able to make this.
Oct. 4th | Sign up to contribute to the bake sale!
Oct. 25th | Pick up promotional signage to be placed Sunday, Oct. 27th.
Nov. 2nd, 2024 | 9am-2pm | Craft Fair!
